1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1 cup mozzarella shredded
1/2 cup ricotta
1 egg yolk
1 tsp water
1 cup marinara sauce

Steps for Completion
Slice onion and pepper into long slices and saute until slightly brown.
Roll out pizza dough to completely cover the pan.
Layer the pepper, onion, cheeses, and sauce in the center of the dough. Leave about two inches along both sides between the filling and the end of the dough.
With shears, cut slits an inch apart along both lengths of the dough. Cut to the filling in the middle. Criss-cross slits over each other.
Mix the egg yolk and water. Brush the mixture over the top of the dough.
